1. According to Government of India Directives, a Valid Photo ID has to be carried by every primary guest/s or person above the age of staying at Upper Deck Resort.
2. The identification proofs accepted are Valid Driver’s License / Aadhar Card / Passport for Indian as well as Foreign Nationals with Valid VISA.
3. Without Valid Identification Proofs, the guest will not be allowed to Check-In and Upper Deck Resort Management reserves the right of admission of the guest/s.
4. We require 100% Advance Payment to confirm your booking prior to Check-In.
5. Any Extras incurred at the site, to be settled directly during Check out; vide Debit Card / Credit Card / HDFC SMART HUB Payment Link / Cash ( We don’t accept AMEX card or DINERS Card ).

CANCELLATION POLICY

In event of CANCELLATION / NO SHOW – NO REFUND of Advance payment would be made.

CHILD POLICY

Children below 8 years will be accommodated without an Extra Bed, on a Complimentary basis.
Children above 8 years will be considered as an Adult, and charged additional for an Extra bed.
Children are required to be accompanied with adults at all time.

JURISDICTION POLICY

All disputes & differences of any kind whatever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive JURISDICTION OF COURTS OF MUMBAI ONLY.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

7. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable – this is entirely at the Discretion of by Upper Deck Resort Management.
8. Check-In time is 12 PM and Check-Out time is 10 AM.
9. The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of Check-Out from the Resort.
10. Room Tariff / Rent Charges are subject to change without any prior notice.
11. Special tariff shall be applicable for Long Weekends, Festivals & New Year.
12. Service Charge of 5 % will be Applicable on Total Bill.
13. The management shall not be held responsible for any theft of belongings or damage to the vehicles of the Guest.
14. Our services get suspended between 10 PM till 7 AM, and in case of emergency/any requirement, the guest/s can contact reception at the extension 9 or 300 from any house phone.
15. We have no accommodation for drivers. The resort can help in arranging accommodation for drivers in Lonavala. However, the Upper Deck Resort Management takes no responsibility of the accommodation and the bills for the same will be paid directly by the guest/s as per agreed terms.
16. Lawns are Strictly NOT allowed for any activity.
17. The swimming pool is operational from 9 AM to 6 PM.
18. Health club is operational from 6 AM to 6 PM.

PET POLICY

WE HAVE NO PETS POLICY.

COVID – 19 SAFETY MEASUREMENT

• Medical Certificate is Mandatory for 3 – 5 Days for all travelers prior to Check-In Date.
• Guests are requested to carry their own Mask, Sanitizer & Gloves & Respective Seasonal Gear e.g. Umbrellas, Rain Gear Etc.
• Temperature Checks for all guests & employees during entry.
• Minimal contact during Check-In & Check-Out.
• Regular Sanitization all rooms, public areas & touch-points.
• Restaurant reconfigured with adequate Social Distancing.
• Due to Covid – 19 situation; Only Chef Choice Limited Menu is served in the restaurant for all meals.
• Swimming Pool, Health Club, SPA & Activity Centre is NOT OPERATIONAL till further notice from Government of India.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

1. Room Service & A`La Carte Service is Strictly at the discretion of Upper Deck Resort Management.
2. We serve Buffet Service for all meals at our Restaurant.
3. Meal timings:
   1. Breakfast ( 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM ),
   2. Lunch ( 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM ),
   3. Hi-Tea ( 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM ) and
   4. Dinner ( 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM ).
